Trenchless Sales was formed in 2018 with the vision of bringing back customer service, advice, problem solving, and repairs from staff who have over 15 years of individual experience in the HDD industry. Inspired from first hand experience in the field, and seeing the challenges that contractors face day to day dealing with suppliers, lack of knowledge, understanding, and back up, we knew there was a gap to fill. We are by no means a large, corporate company, meaning that the customer deals direct with sales, direct with service, and most importantly, gets a solution in a timely manner, without the headache of waiting for a return phone call.
